The optimistic nature is one of their features. Although Thai people look very shy, actually they are easy to get along with strangers, and always smile; therefore, Thailand has a good name as "The Land of Smiles".

Thai people believe that there is a spirit on everyone's head, touching other's head or waving hand over other's head are the disrespect actions. 2. Thai people believe that right hand is clean and left hand is dirty; therefore, don't use your left hand to pass goods or hold other's hand.

They don't care for their work environment; therefore, they are more popular in these years of Taiwan importing foreign labors. The majority of them work in factories and construction projects.
