CHR's professional teams were founded in 1991 and got the glory in this industry. Since the establishment, we have had more than 10 professional personnel, and we offer domestic & global human resource consulting service. Our businesses are all the industries’ manpower recruitment and allocation service, the range includes white-collar, blue-collar, domestic or foreign and technical or non-technical manpower.

In addition to have the professional knowledge for the employment service relative regulations, we also introduced the concept of labor quality management; we successively promoted the whole course of managing service operation system (1994), ISO-9002 quality management system (2000); then, we combined both of them and established the operation platform of ERP framework about the omnibearing performance management quality operation system (2004). Since that, we formally entered the new era of efficiency and quality's dual track synchronization .
