    ☉ Application conditions
  • Foreign employees who are hired as general managers or above for those companies that have foreign investment over 100 million NT Dollar, or foreigners employees who are hired as section heads or above for those companies that have foreign investment over 200 million NT Dollar.
  • Foreign employees who are hired as general mangers or above for those companies that have operational amount over 500 million NT Dollar in the previous year, or foreign employees who are hired as section heads or above for those companies that have operation amount over 1 billion NT Dollar in the previous year.
  • Foreign employees whose incomes have over 3 million N T Dollar in accordance with the comprehensive income tax schedule of the Republic of China and had paid income tax in the previous year, or foreign employees who are hired as managerial personnel and whose monthly incomes have over 250,000 NT Dollar in that current year.
  • The foreign employees referred in the preceding Item 3, having an annual income more than 2 million NT Dollar or monthly income more than 150,000 NT Dollar and hiring a same foreign servant in a foreign country prior to their entry into the Republic of China, are allowed to hire the foreign servant to do household tasks.
  • The application qualifications for foreign general managers referred to in Paragraph 1 of this Article, shall be applicable to managerial personnel of those subsidiaries of foreign companies or representative officers of those representative offices.
  • For employers hiring housemaids referred to in the preceding two Articles, their number shall be limited to one housemaid for one household.
